As Erfa Textile, to take proper course of action in accordance with legislation is our core principle. Erfa Textile abides laws in its practice. It follows working hours regulated in Labour Law.

To be an exemplary establishment in textile industry is among our primary goals. We aim to enhance customer satisfaction by increasing effectiveness in all of production process with direction of constant improving approach. To deliver our products in time with our quality and pricing policy, it is our priority to meticulously work from start until the end.

Employees of Erfa Textile can not be discriminated in any way whatsoever. Employees can not be discriminated for any reason. Our employees’ individual rights and cultural differences are respected. As a core principle, Erfa Textile has equal opportunity principle in its structure.

It is banned to work for people who are under 18 to prevent child labour.

FIGHT WITH BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION

Erfa Textile adopts anti bribery and corruption policies. It can not be certainly accepted to give or take bribe.

DISCIPLINARY REGULATIONS

Erfa Textile applies disciplinary regulations to individuals who acts against work contract and company regulations, do not carry out their work and do not behave in accordance with their duty. Our company’s application is applied by disciplinary committee created by board of management.

TO EVALUATE OPINIONS THROUGH COMPLAINT AND ADVICE

Our employees’, customers’ and other individuals’ complaints and advices are evaluated. We aim to solve our employees’ complaints in a just, objective, quick, discreet manner.

TO PRIORITIZE WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY

Since humans are in the center of developing and changing era, we aim to prioritize our employees who greatly contribute to us with their labour and effort. We try our best to minimize work accidents and occupational diseases by applying all occupational health and safety regulations and agreements. We periodically educate our employees to raise their awareness towards occupational health and safety matter. We created occupational health and safety board to make our working conditions compatible with laws and regulations. Occupational health and safety board periodically oversees working conditions and advise the management.


ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT

Erfa Textile operates business by prioritizing environmental and ecological values. It is aimed to work by taking enviromental impacts into consideration and protecting it. Waste created during our operations is sent for recycling. To inform out employees, it is made sure that they participate in training. Necessary analyses were made to determine firm’s potential harm and precautions were taken.
